Addressable, conventional and aspirating systems from all major manufacturers: upgrades, modifications and remedial works.

Emergency voice systems
EVCS, refuge and accessible WC alarm systems designed, installed and maintained to BS 5839-9.

Evacuation alert systems
BS 8629 evacuation alert systems for high-rise residential buildings, giving the fire and rescue service the means to direct a floor-by-floor evacuation when a stay-put strategy has to change.
More than compliance.
Every system we commission is verified against its design and the applicable British Standard, not simply signed off. Where the installation on site departs from the design, it is documented and resolved before handover.

Every Vanguard project follows the same four-stage programme, whether it is a single panel or a hundred sites, with clear reporting at each stage from initial survey through to certification and ongoing maintenance.
- 01 · Survey. Site survey and assessment of any existing system, with a written report of requirements.
- 02 · Design and scope. A compliant design to the standard the building requires, with equipment schedule, programme and exclusions clearly defined.
- 03 · Delivery. Installation and commissioning by Vanguard engineering teams, programmed around building occupants.
- 04 · Handover and lifecycle. Certification, as-fitted drawings and a prepared log book, followed by planned maintenance across the life of the system.
